Some people really don’t know what Praise can do.. They don’t understand the miracles, open doors, fulfilment, joy and peace of mind obtained from praise and worship.. Sometimes, our words of prayer are not enough to make some of our problems go away. It is our heart of praise and worship.
Remember, Paul and Silas in the Bible? (Acts 16:23-26 “And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailer to keep them safely:
(24) Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.
(25) And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
(26) And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.”). When they were locked in the prison the bible says “They prayed and Sang praises and the Holy Ghost came down!!” They didn’t complain or grumble about their situation. Another Beautiful Example is King David, He understood the power of praise and made it a habit to praise God in every Situation. He said ” I will bless the Lord At All Times. His praise shall continuously be in my mouth.. He kept praising God.
Praise is “the offering of grateful homage in words or song, as an act of worship”….. “the state of being approved or admired” – Dictionary Meaning.
Praise comes with a heart of gratitude and appreciation. Praise to me simply means Thank You Lord, You have done well and I’m Grateful.
Praise ELEVATES us into God’s Presence and Power: The Bible says that God inhabits in the praises of His people (Psalms 22:3). In other words, God “dwells” in the atmosphere of His praise. This means that praise is not merely a reaction from coming into His presence – Praise is a vehicle of faith which brings us into the presence and power of God! Praise and worship is the “gate-pass” which allows us to enter the sacredness of His glory.
Some think that worship is a response after the Holy Spirit moves upon them. However, it’s the other way around. God’s presence responds when we move upon Him with worship! Lifting up Jesus Christ through praise and worship invokes the Lord’s presence and power to flow in our midst. The power and anointing of the Holy Spirit usually becomes evident, subsequent to a time of worship and praise. – Dr. Dale A. Robbins.

*The Devil can never defeat a man who will never quit praising God.
*If the devil can stop you from praising God, he can stop God from raising you.
*You must praise God in good and bad times.
*You don’t have to wait for something special to happen before you praise God.
*Praise God so that something special will happen.
*Make a habit of praising God no matter what is happening.
If you want to grow up into the kind of person that God has designed you to be, you must be ready to worship and praise Him. Worship Him for who He is, praise Him for what He has done and for what His doing. You were made to worship and praise God.
